Remak

Remak EI90 Fire Resistant Glazed Doors were made in 2013 in Shangri-La Hotel at Istanbul Bosphorus, whose investor was Tanrıverdi Holding and contractor was Ege Yapı.

Remak Fire Doors in this project are EI90, 90 minutes of integrity and insulation. Remak uses Fuego Light galvanized steel profiles and accessories to manufacture fire resistant doors which is a product of Forster Profilsystem Ltd. The profiles are supplied with 1.5mm thickness, 50mm width and 70mm depth of cold rolled steel material, with insulating filling material inside and acts as cooler during fire.

The door frames and wings are produced fully welded in the production plant with appropriate equipment, the glazing beads are clamped on hidden screws, the glass can be replaced easily if needed, the intumescent strips and incombustible glazing tapes are fixed all over the glass and frames. Cut-to-size 90 minute fire resistant glass are manufactured and imported from Europe with a thickness of 37-40 mm. After the production is completed, powder coating in any desired Ral color is applied to the fire doors. The doors are suitable for all kinds of automatic and manual locking and controlled access systems.

The Glass Fire Doors and Partitions add visual superiority to the space by carrying the natural light to deep places.

Remak Fire Resistant Glazed Doors and Partitions are produced in accordance with TS EN 1634-1 norm. They have 30-60-90-120 minutes of resistance, the E series provides only integrity; EW series provides integrity and partially prevents heat radiation; and EI series provide integrity and insulation against extreme fire heat temperatures. Tested as a system with steel frames, glazing and accessories, along with all components.
